These products are manufactured specifically for your order and are not stocked as finished goods. - Production & Delivery Are Separate
Production typically takes 2-4 business days. If delivery is selected, it will be scheduled after production is complete based on your location and our delivery routes. - Pickup Available
We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our Scarborough warehouse. - No Returns or exchanges (final sale)
Manufactured-to-Order products are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. - Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
