Customers must review and agree to the following terms and conditions when purchasing made-to-order items. Please review the information below before completing your order and checking out.

What to Expect

• Production Begins After Ordering
  These products are manufactured specifically for your order and are not stocked as finished goods.
• Production & Delivery Are Separate
  Production typically takes 7–10 business days. If delivery is selected, it will be scheduled after production is complete based on your location and our delivery routes.
• Pickup Available
  We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our Scarborough warehouse.
• No Returns or exchanges (final sale)
  Manufactured-to-Order products are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
• Order Changes & Cancellations
  Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
