All of EcomPack's custom boxes are produced using corrugated material, providing the durability, protection, and structural strength required for modern shipping and e-commerce applications.
Corrugated Box
Commonly used for shipping and storage.
Used to protect items during transportation.
Made up of multiple layers with flutes.
Strength: High (strong and durable).
Cardboard Box
Commonly used for cereal boxes, cosmetics, shoe boxes, etc.
Made up of a single layer of thick paper fiber.
Strength: Minimal (little to no cushioning).
3-Step Order Process
1. Get a Quote & Review
Tell us about your project — box style, size, quantity, material, and any print requirements. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with pricing, lead times, and packaging specifications.
2. Confirm & Pay
Place your order, submit your payment and send us your artwork files (if applicable). If needed, we will provide a sample before full production.
3. We Build It
Finally, your order moves into production. Once complete, it will be available for pick-up at our warehouse or delivery within our local delivery zone.

Short answer is no. EcomPack specializes in custom corrugated packaging, a stronger multi-layer fluted material specifically designed to protect products during shipping, handling, and storage.
Carboard is heavy-duty paper (e.g a cereal box), which we do not make at this time.

We offer low-volume custom corrugated packaging starting from 50-100 units. Our minimum order quantity depends on the box style, size, material, and whether printing is required.

The ideal box size depends on the product you're shipping. As a general rule, we recommend allowing enough space for protective packaging while minimizing excess void fill and shipping costs. If you're unsure, our team can help determine the best box dimensions based on your product measurements and shipping requirements.

Yes. We offer custom printing options for most corrugated packaging styles, including logos, branding, handling instructions, and simple graphics. Printing capabilities vary based on box style, quantity, artwork, and number of colors required. Our team can review your artwork and recommend the most cost-effective option.

Currently we do not deliver outside our local delivery zone.

Yes. Orders can be picked up from our Scarborough, ON warehouse once production is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare your order. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.

Upon your order is placed, we can create up to 2 sample prototypes to ensure a perfect fit. Sample lead times are typically 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.
